A New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff Remotely as their new Associate Training Manager. In this role, the Associate Training Manager (Remote) will be responsible for supporting the Training Manager in the delivery of high-quality and innovative training and reference materials to the Clinical Management Department.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Training Manager (Remote) will:
  • Work with stakeholder and management to understand the training need, extract detailed information, and develop clear content with a clean design
  • Assist in the content development and delivery of the training program, including organizational role-based onboarding, skills refreshers, new releases, and ongoing process trainings using multiple modalities where necessary
  • Assist with capturing and monitoring performance metrics
  • Utilize the use of eLearning when practical for the project
  • Assist in tracking compliance within the Learning Management System in collaboration with Training Manager and Operations leadership
  • Support management with the Departmental Mentoring program
  • Assist in the development of systems training to align with role-based systems use in collaboration with applicable internal and external stakeholders, if needed
  • Assist with activities pertaining to the development of role and activity-based RACI matrices for the Clinical Management department
  • Assist with the oversight of training vendors to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and appropriateness of content
  • Assist in the creation of trainings and/or materials based on audit/inspection and CAPA findings
  • Support process development and improvement activities, as assigned
  • Assist in Investigator Meeting and other meeting content development, as assigned
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven knowledge of Clinical Trials
  • Solid understanding of ICH/GCP and Clinical-related Training needs
  • Experience in conducting a training needs analysis with implementation of the full Training Cycle (identify, design, delivery, evaluation, etc.)
  • Experience in implementing a wide range of Change Management and Process Improvement activities
  • Computer savvy
  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Training Management of teams within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or related environment
  • Experience in training Clinical teams
