About the Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our store to success. As the face of Salty Mane Studio, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets through effective sales management and customer service.
• Develop and maintain a positive, energetic store environment that supports the Salty Mane Studio brand.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee all store operations, including customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
• Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Passion for the beauty lifestyle, with a deep understanding of the Salty Mane Studio brand and customer.
• Proficiency in English
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations with ease
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to pick up our booking system
• Can work flexible days and hours, including evenings. Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays.
