Winterwood, Inc., named one of the Best Places to work in Kentucky seven years in a row, is seeking a driven individual to fill the position of Assistant Property Manager at our Donerail Run property located in Louisville, KY.
The Assistant Property Manager will be under the general direction of the Property Manager and assists with the overall operation of the property. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of affordable housing experience. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). The working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday, and rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not required.
- 1+ years of Property Management, Leasing experience in affordable housing.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effectively communicates with staff, residents, vendors and other individuals.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Property Manager with the leasing and marketing of the property
- Responsible for showing units to prospects
- Assists with move-in file compliance, adhering to Affordable Housing program guidelines
- Assists with and processes Tenant Annual Recertifications
- Alerts Property Manager to of any issues or damages on the property
- Enters work orders as reported by tenants
- Assists with and conducts unit inspections
- Issues Late Rent Notices
- Assist with the resolution of tenant complaints and addresses concerns
- Completes all duties as assigned by the Field Supervisor and Property Manager.
