Description:

This firm is seeking an Assistant Team Lead to join their Utility division. This individual will be reporting to and working directly alongside the Team Lead, and will assist with handling the following:

• Manage utility design team and be able to QA/QC work before forwarding to client
• Planning and running client meetings on a regular basis
• Take initiative on all utility-project scheduling and project coordinating
• Writing proposals/bids
• Employee management/mentorship
• Ability to articulate and communicate ideas and solutions with utility clients
• Assure deadlines are hit and met
• Must be able to handle Team Lead responsibilities when manager is not available

Service Territories Include:

• Frederick County
• Montgomery County
• Prince George's County
• Prince Charles County
• Howard County
• Carroll County
