Primary Purpose:

Maintains excellence in guest service and quality control of operations consistently to ensure the company mission is attained.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the direction dictated by the General Manager
• Supports General Managers decisions in communication with the staff
• Participates in the training and coaching of staff members in their specific job functions
• Assists in the preparation of administrative reports and special reports for the General Manager
• Learns and enforces cash handling procedures
• Interacts with customers for improved service
• Enforces and supports the organizations operations guidelines
• Consistently ensures and promotes adherence of proper social distancing guidelines
• Properly addresses any safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc)
• Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasks
• Ability to adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; and ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and guests.
• Basic computer skills including Email, MS Excel, MS Word is a plus
