The Assistant Training & Development position consists of the following primary responsibilities:
- Organizing basic orientation and induction training of Operations staff
- Coordinating training activities within Operations between company departments and offices as assigned
- Liaising with external providers for organizing training for Operations staff, if needed
- Developing, building and maintaining all elements related to Learning Management System (LMS) functionality, including but not limited to content integration and creation, curriculum programs and LMS structure, as assigned
- Assisting with maintaining the company HR database and associated applications related to learning & development
- Maintaining PSI CVs and training files for Operations staff
- Providing assistance and feedback to PSI staff locally with regard to various learning & development matters
- Providing assistance to PSI staff locally with regard to Learning Management System setup and usage
- Putting together documentation needed for internal study and systems audits, as assigned.
This is a hybrid role out of our Research Triangle Park, NC office.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 1 – 1.5 years’ experience gained in performing general clerical tasks, using computers and maintaining filing systems
