Assistant Hiring Manager:
This position will be located at the Montclair campus of The Deron School. The responsibilities follow below:
- Responsible for aspects of the onboarding process
- Benefits enrollment–medical, dental and life insurance.
- Enrollment forms and online enrollment
- On-spire Training
- Termination forms
- Termination of benefits
- COBRA paperwork and enrollment forms
- Employee change forms—new phone, address, etc.
- Notifying county of start/terms
- Key cards/Time Clock/ID Tags
This position will report directly to the Administraive Assistant/Hiring Manager of The Deron School.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
