The Little Gym of Huntersville-Lake Norman is hiring a Full time or Part Time Assistant Gym Director/Gymnastics Coach. Morning, afternoon and weekend shifts are required for the open position.

Assistant Gym Director/Gymnastics Coach at The Little Gym includes:

• Sincere love of children
• Background in gymnastics a must
• Being active, having high energy and hustle are a must
• Background in leadership or prior director role is helpful
• Background in fitness preferred (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, exercise science, kinesiology, or related fitness field)
• Experience working with children as a director (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)
• Relates well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Clean background check
