TBB 122 is a community-focused all-day restaurant and café serving Alpharetta artisan goods and delicious, healthful meals prepared using local, fresh ingredients. Located on quaint Marietta Street and inspired by Californian cuisine, architecture, and décor, TBB offers everything from locally-roasted coffee, morning buns, and scramble bowls, to mezze boards and biodynamic wines.

Along with full-service breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options, the restaurant will provide prepared meals to-go as well as an extensive selection of hand-crafted pastries, and other goods. From nearly sun-up to sun-down, guests will be able to find a cozy spot on the porch underneath our 150 year old oak tree, where they can eat, drink, and unwind.

We are looking for a community driven leader with a strong beverage background particularly in full service concepts. A background in wine and spirits is necessary for this role and an interest natural wines specifically is preferred. In this position, you will be assisting the leadership team team with the coordination of day-to-day responsibilities for all our team members at TBB 122.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operation of TBB 122 according to company programs and systems.
• Executing plans that will achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction and hospitality, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• The role may include a small amount of responsibilities for the Daily Accounting and Point of Sale system, as well as using the basic office computer systems and equipment.
• Recommend food and wine pairings to guests and advise guests on wines based on requests
• Server as the subject matter expert for the restaurant's unique wine and spirits
• This role will be primarily responsible for regularly scheduled shifts as a Front of the House MOD and fulfill all the duties and responsibilities associated with the proper opening and closing of the Restaurant.
• Consistently coach all team members on proper hospitality and service techniques.
• Inspire, coach, and develop team members
• Assist leadership team in day-to-day responsibilities, supervision, and in the training process of team members
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

• At least two years of foodservice, hospitality experience or equivalent
• Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in an upscale or chef driven restaurant preferred
• Experience or interest in beverage programs preferably focused on natural offerings
• Forward thinking with a high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work in a standing position for 10-12 hours per day
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
