We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of upscale, full-service restaurant management experience and will be passionate about consistently delivering exceptional guest service. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Direct and control the store operations under the guidance of the General Manager
• Achieve budgeted sales and profitability metrics
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Coach, develop, and lead a high performing team
• Banquet and Catering sales
• An active member of the local community

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Front of House, Service Manager experience in an Upscale, Polished Full-Service restaurant preferred
• Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and inventory management
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards
• Steps of Service
• Sustainable operational results with solid job history
• Hands-on Leadership
• Excellent communication

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
