The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for the success of the front desk, for ensuring the highest expectations of guest satisfaction and for assisting to manage the Front Office team.

Basic Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
- Oversees training and development of Front Desk Agents.
- Supervises daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures and are friendly and attentive to guest needs and service.
- Resolves guest concerns, complaints, and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Qualifications Required:
Exceptional guest service skills with a passion to exceed expectations.- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Work in a positive and professional matter with little direction or supervision
- Flexible, self-motivated positive attitude
