Assist our Director of Nursing in leading a team of skilled RNs and LPNs who support the health and well-being of adults with developmental disabilities living in our community residences in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster counties.
Full-time position, working days Monday - Friday with some flexibility in hours. No evening or weekend on-call. No heavy med carts - our nursing team trains, certifies and supervises Direct Support Professionals in administering medication. No Vaccine requirement.

We seek a skilled, caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a leadership role and oversee medical care; maintain electronic medical records; provide phone and in-person nursing triage; advocate on behalf of individuals regarding medical appointments and other clinical functions and support our direct care staff. This position is a mix of hands-on nursing care and administrative tasks.
Local travel required with mileage reimbursement provided.
Qualifications: Valid NYS Registered Nurse and driver's license required. Previous nursing experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required. Must have prior management experience.
