Job description
Assistant Dining Facility Manager is responsible for supervision of shift leaders, cooks, Food Service Workers, and Ration Clerks. Has the responsibility of feeding the military.
Reviews all administrative documentation generated in the dining facility and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsible for headcount and ensuring the accuracy of accounting for all funds and patrons in the dining facility.
Supervises, directs and controls work of assigned personnel to include Shift-leaders and provides advice and assistance on unusual work situations. Observes work performance of personnel and makes performance ratings.
Determines the required quantities of food items applying previous experience. Selects appropriate substitutes for items that are not available.
Candidate should be ServSafe certified. Minimum 5 years of management experience required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
