Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Revit
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of architecture
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines
• Ability to lead the process of complex architectural and interior detailing
• Space Planning and Hand Sketching abilities
• Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges
• High level of organization and attention to detail in servicing clients
• Ability to “sell” your design concepts to the client.
• Competent knowledge of local Building Codes and Energy Code Compliance
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the profession
