Do you love talking to people ? We’re growing our team and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career.

This job is an in-office position located in Mullica Hill, NJ and can transition into a remote position after 3 months of training.

Compensation:

40 K to 60 K ( Base plus bonus and commission)

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Prospect potential customers via warm calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads

• This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building
• Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
• Report activity and results on a daily basis
• Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases

• Determined mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator. We don't care about experience. We care about attitude

COMPENSATION
40K to 60K plus team incentives , outings and team celebrations
