Our expanding construction company is currently looking to hire upbeat Appointment Coordinators and we would love for you to join our team!

This is an office position for our location in Upland, CA

We are currently looking for skilled individuals who are available for IMMEDIATE hire starting this week or the following.

Your job duties would include:

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems (google docs, click to dial system)

Asking pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs & demonstrating how our services fulfills them (home remodeling)

Confidently make WARM calls and answer inbound calls from potential clients (they have requested to be contacted)

Explain our services and prices, and confidently answer questions from potential clients (hands on training provided!)

Effectively communicate with other departments through detailed note taking (unlimited notepads pens & coffee!!)

Hours: multiple 4, 6 & 8 hr shifts 7am-7pm M-F | 9am-430pm Sunday

Pay: $17-$19 an hour (depending on experience) + $35 bonus per each kept appt that becomes a contract
