The Appointment Setter is primarily responsible for assisting the company with setting leads to appointments. They maintain appointment calendars in Lead Perfection. The position pays a base compensation with a significant bonus program based on setting appointments. The position is 95% on the phone via outbound calling to the exterior and interior remodeling clients. This person must be able to learn and follow scripts and instructions, possess good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate patience, tact and empathy with consistently good voice quality.

Tasks & Responsibilities of this Role:
● To set leads to appointments
● Reception at the front door
● Ensure company procedures are followed and refined
● Use Lead Perfection to schedule appointments
● Purchase postage and manage mail-outs (Postcards, Pre-Mailers, etc..)
● Ensure Job Process is followed
● Generating LEADS by calling through the old database
● Assist with creating a culture of teamwork
● Do referral and review calls
● Any other job-related duties as assigned by the Principal

Skills, Qualifications and Demands:
● Must be 18 years of age or older
● Must pass a background check and drug test
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work 40+ hours per week and some Saturdays
● Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing company

Hardware/Software Requirements:
Exceptional computer skills in the operation and functioning of all programs used by the organization:
● Microsoft Office
● Lead Perfection

Education Requirements:
● The knowledge, skill and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school
diploma
● 2+ years of telemarketing experience

Traveling Requirements:

Compensation and Hours:
● Base pay plus Bonuses (Attached Bonus Sheet - [After training period])
● M-F 8:30 to 5:30 p.m. – Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Some Saturdays)
● Picking up all leads from Saturday evening through Sunday evening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
