We are looking for an exceptional application support specialist representative who can work remotely based in the United States. We take pride providing superior support to our customers, both internal and external.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide software application technical support to users.
• Provide software as a service (SaaS) technical support to users.
• Prioritizing, processing, and resolving customer needs.
• Educating customers on our products, including online tools and self-help materials.
• Create detailed and straight-forward internal and external customer facing knowledgebase articles and help tips.
• Great teammate - should be ready to go beyond to help the immediate team and do not be averse to not shy away from asking for help if needed
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and bring new ideas to the table
• Positive attitude and ability to inspire the team toward continuous improvement
• Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards

• Must have experience with a Software as a Service (SaaS) operation.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
• Experience in troubleshooting web browsers issues.
• Ability to determine solutions to complex problems.
• Advanced critical thinking skills.
• Desire to learn and develop a mastery of our software and services.
• A passion for working with customers and helping them achieve their goals.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Remote: You’ll be joining a distributed, fully remote team. Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
• Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
• Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
