Job description

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience. Duties will include painting, Sheetrock work, pool maintenance, and basic electrical and plumbing as well as HVAC. Rotating on-call after-hours maintenance is also a requirement of this position. Must have a valid driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance Services

· Evaluates the condition of these items to restore apartments (check, repair, replace) to market-ready status.

· Timely and efficient completion of service requests with high service standards.

· Change A/C filters and service HVAC (if certified).

· Assist with vacant apartment trash-outs and keeping grounds clean.

· Move appliances, equipment, and furniture as needed.

· Maintain order and cleanliness in maintenance and storage areas; keep all areas locked and secured.

· Comply with all state/local laws and follow the company's policies and procedures.

· Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines including compliance with OSHA/Fair Housing requirements.

· Ongoing training, as assigned.

· Other duties, as assigned.

· Will be maintaining pools. Pool Experience Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
