Requirements
As our chosen Assistant Community Manager, everyday you will assist in overseeing day to day operations at our conventional apartment community, help people lease their dream home, complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures and conduct unit inspections! Oak Hill (164 units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Portland, OR and we want YOU to be our Assistant Community Manager!
To thrive in this role:
One year or park management or property management experience of 100 doors or more
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
Bonus Skills
Yardi or OneSite experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
Two years of previous sales experience
