AmplifyBio is currently looking to hire an Analytical Sciences Coordinator to join our growing team!!!

The Analytical Sciences Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of functions within our Analytical Sciences department and contributing to the growth and continued viability of the organization. They will assure conformance with necessary regulations including Good Laboratory Practice guidelines, client Statement(s) of Work, and Study Specifications.

What You’ll do Here:

• Assist, mentor, and lead junior technical staff.
• Provide a daily customer service interface for vendor management, ordering, and tracking of materials/ supplies through interaction with Finance and any appropriate vendor.
• Manage (route and track) documents using a GxP document management system.
• Manage equipment validation processes, preventative maintenance, and repair schedules (with all the necessary financial contract renewals) such that our analytical equipment is maintained in a GLP compliant state of operation.
• Prepare and contribute to study proposals (including costing models), support forecasted scheduling for studies, and assist in tracking budgets (labor hours and supplies).
• Provide inventory management of materials and samples to facilitate streamlined operations without foreseeable supply chain interruptions.
• Assist in the execution of continuous improvement efforts, including digitization, and sample management platforms.
• Act as Business Owner for applicable departmental software platforms as needed, providing staff training, validation efforts, and other tasks as needed.

We Would Love to Hear from You If:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, animal science, or related life science OR a high school diploma and equivalent laboratory experience of at least 2.5 years.

Desired but Not Required:

• Familiarity with software management tools and GxP operations.
• Working knowledge of Contract Research Organization (CRO) practices and procedures. (A plus, not required)
