Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices. Focuses on strategic Agile improvements at the domain and enterprise levels.
You will:
- Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down.
- Defines and ensures consistent enterprise-level Agile standards and best practices.
- Identifies systemic knowledge gaps and then designs, develops, and deploys learning assets strategically across teams within domains.
- Leads agile workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders.
- Develops solutions that leverage the unique constraints and opportunities of a distributed workforce, encouraging ways of working that optimize efficiency.
You must bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, engineering or related discipline with information technology focus.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management including mentoring which includes at least 3 years experience in Information Technology or 13-16 years related business experience.
- Experience in Scrum and Kanban.
- Extensive knowledge of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.

- Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI)
- Agile Practitioner Certification (ACP-PMI)
