Job Description:

Kahoka State Bank is currently looking for a motivated individual that likes to assist people in meeting their financial needs by servicing them as a Ag Loan Officer. Loan experience in Agricultural loans, and/or Commercial Loans would be helpful. If you have experience and have a passion for helping community members meet their financial goals, please apply.

Core Responsibilities:

• Compiling financial information from customers
• Creating basic appraisals
• Building relationships with community
• Understanding compliance requirements and assessing risk
• Analyzing collateral, credit score, credit history, and other financial information
• Processing customer payments
• Oversight and completion of loan documentation
• Reporting and recording duties

Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal communication and business-relationship skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

· Excellent analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.

· Technologically proficient.
