Q Link Wireless is looking for an experienced Affiliate Program Director to build, launch and manage Q Link’s Direct to Consumer Affiliate Programs. He/she will work closely with the CEO and marketing team. The Affiliate Program Director will be responsible for converting as many of Q Link’s customers into affiliate marketers, managing and motivating them to grow the Direct to Consumer Affiliate Program, so it can become a leading channel to sign up new wireless customers nationwide. You will be expected to design the program, launch it, and grow it by motivating existing customers to generate new customer leads across the U.S.

This is a Full-time in-house position at our headquarters located in Dania, FL 33004.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, launch, and lead the new Q Link Direct to Consumer Affiliate marketing program

· Converting as many of Q Link’s customers into affiliate marketers, managing and motivating them to grow the Direct to Consumer Affiliate Program as an additional channel to sign up new wireless customers nationwide

· Design and implement different Direct to Consumer Affiliate promotions

· Develop and foster communication and outreach to Direct to Consumer Affiliates

· Motivate Direct to Consumer Customer Affiliates to generate as many new wireless customer leads as possible

· Create and distribute affiliate emails, texts, social media and other program communications

· Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance and real time payouts for lead generation

· Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from Direct to Consumer Affiliate partners by initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and offers

· Identify opportunities to develop new channels and/or expand existing channels for new customer acquisition

· Work closely with all internal departments to optimize all Direct to Consumer Affiliate campaigns

· Monitor affiliate activity to identify any potential fraud or policy/program violations

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years affiliate marketing experience, with some experience in Direct to Consumer Affiliate marketing

· In-depth knowledge of performance-based affiliate marketing

· Proven record of prospecting for affiliate recruiting, optimization tactics, and program management

· SEM/Social media experience

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

· Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Detailed oriented and organized

· Excellent management and team leadership skills

· Understanding of success metrics and ability to measure performance accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
