Responsibilities:
As an ADON, your primary focus will be to ensure that smooth and safe care is provided to the residents at the nursing home facility under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- RN in NJ
- ADON experience or Unit Manager
- Serious applicants
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Compassionate working with the geriatric population
