If you enjoy working with mental health professionals (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinicians and Social Workers), and ensuring that individuals understand the best program available to them, then you could be a good fit for our Admissions/Sales Director position.

The Admissions/Sales Director manages the facility’s census by developing and maintaining positive relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and families of residents. The ideal candidate will be a very strong leader, an advocate for the potential residents, and able to work well within Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, this individual will have strong verbal and written communication skills, sensitivity to confidential information, and effective interpersonal skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities:

· Strongly manage, engage, and train the Admissions team with a commitment to continuous improvement in maximizing efficiency of vetting, onboarding, and referring individuals and/or family members of potential residents

· Aggressively cultivate new and existing professional relationships in order to boost lead generation and increase referrals.

· Develop and implement an annual Sales Plan to achieve established Sales and Revenue goals.

· Ensure disciplined use of CRM software by admissions and sales staff

· Partner with Director of Professional Outreach and Communications to develop and implement annual sales plan to include competitive analysis

Preparation of annual census budget for all Rose Hill programs, in conjunction with President/CEO

· Serve as a liaison to Rose Hill Board of Directors’ Marketing and Public Relations Committee, Rose Hill Board of Directors and Rose Hill Foundation Board.

· Represent Rose Hill Center at trade shows and within professional organizations to evaluate and maximize outreach efforts, to promote Rose Hill, and to cultivate a growing external network of referral sources.

· Work with Director of Communications on the development and implementation of an annual Marketing/Communications plan.

· Generate weekly/monthly sales reports on sales pipeline activity and progress against goals.

· Provide ongoing training and performance evaluation for direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Sales, marketing or related degree or coursework preferred.
  • Five years successful sales related experience required. Non-profit and/or health care/ residential living related sales preferred, but not required.
