Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Admissions and Marketing Director, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, to join our team.

To deliver a first-class family member experience every time, you will need to forge great relationships to achieve the vision of Cross Road Retirement Community. You will be solely responsible for the admissions process for our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.

Admission Responsibilities

• Meet prospective residents and their families to discuss their needs
• Schedule tours of our facility
• Conduct Assessments with the Residential Care Director
• Complete admissions paperwork
• Prepare the room for new admissions
• Update the Residential Information sheet
• Update the Midnight census sheet
• Assist with move in’s / out’s
• Report moves ins/outs to the Department of Social Services

Marketing Responsibilities

• Build community relationships
• Maximize our brand awareness in the community
• Build and grow relationships with existing community partners by promoting our services
• Includes visiting social workers, doctor’s offices, and other referral agencies on a regular basis to deliver promotional items and information to promote CRRC
• Assist other departments with that involve marketing
• Promote CRRC on social media including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Update our website
• Create, maintain, and distribute marketing materials
• Responsible for business contracts including advertising

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $38,500.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Required)
