**Leadership opportunity**

Veterinary Angels Medical Center in Agoura Hills, CA, is seeking a veterinary professional to join our team as Hospital Administrator. Candidates must have proven experience managing a business and excellent leadership skills. Leadership within the veterinary field will be given priority, however, all management experience will be considered.

This is a full-time position and will include Saturday coverage.

Primary responsibilities:

The Hospital Administrator will partner with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly

• Customer service/front desk duties
• Complaint resolution
• Managing/training the support team
• Creating schedules for all team members
• Inventory management
• Budge management
• Ensuring that safety protocols are followed
• Monitoring hospital flow
• Resolving client disputes
• Willingness to jump in, where needed (kennels, cleaning, administering medication, etc.)
