Description:

The Resource Administrator interacts with hiring managers, team leads and members in the Release Management, and Engineering functions to facilitate new hire and associated onboarding activities. Understands recruiting practices and onboarding aspects; establish and maintain efficient routines required to address resourcing demand and to onboard new teammates, enabling access to locations, systems, content, and tools. Maintain tracking and reporting of progress to verified completion. Provide Day 1 support for new teammates, resolve onboarding request issues. Provide centralized support and facilitation of Business Support Management and Executive Leadership (SLT) workforce inquiries. Host regular face-off meetings with resource providers to review current actions, capacity status, future demand, and relationship optimization. Provide tracking and escalation of resource recruitment activities and commitments. Produce and maintain metrics and reporting for the team, partner support teams, teams under support as well as Leads and SLT that provide visibility to resourcing status and commitments, resource partner status, training activities, etc.

Key to this role is having a sound understanding of resource onboarding methodologies and practices for internal and external resources, in multiple technology delivery functions, in a highly controlled, secure, and regulated environment. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers for routine staffing inquiries and activities related to recruiting and onboarding. Ability to organize, process, track and reconcile concurrent onboarding requests and approvals and the ability to effectively communicate and support stakeholders is essential. Concepts such as driving value, always delivering quality, keeping commitments, being on-time and under-budget, and understanding how Network impacts affect how the firm competes in the marketplace are important.
