Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for a Plant Administrator to be based out of Weatherford, TX. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for high-level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
What you’ll do:
- Perform a broad range of high-level administrative functions of a confidential or specialized nature on a regular basis
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database system
- Manage Purchase Order process for the site, receive all invoices for the site, and issue finished goods into computer database
- Manage information, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring files are updated and maintained
- Prepare, compose and initiate accurate and timely correspondence, letters, presentation materials, reports and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Able to transform raw data into detailed and comprehensive reports using advanced MS Excel skills to create complex monthly reports and create charts, graphs and technical documents
- Manage customer agreement process
- Coordinate travel, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations, itinerary planning, meeting coordination, and ensure office requirements and facilities at destination are arranged, if required for senior management
- Arrange all necessary preparations and follow-up for meetings, including timely notifications, distribution of meeting materials and decisions/actions, and appropriate reminders
- Miscellaneous data entry as required
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent
- Associates Degree with a Business Administration focus preferred; or 2-3 years administrative experience in a manufacturing setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to complete multiple projects on time and with minimal supervision, which often serve several people and contain conflicting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization
- Experience in lean manufacturing or business system based company is a plus.
