Job Title: POA Administration & DRC Coordinator

Supervisor Community Manager

Classification: Regular Full Time

Hours: Generally 8:30am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break, Monday thru Friday.

POA Administration & DRC Coordinator is accountable for anything related to the Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club Residential Development Standards and the awareness and enforcement of our CC&Rs and Master Association Rules. The main focus is on managing member compliance to all Residential Development Standards, submissions, communication with Design Review Committee (DRC), consultants and bridging the relationship between the DRC and the members. Provide prompt, polite, professional service to the members by making them feel welcome. This position will also provide additional administrative support for the Community Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Serve as a liaison between the DRC, POA Board and the owners and contractors on all home construction, exterior improvements as well as issues relating to the enforcement of RDS, CC&Rs, MARs, and Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club Rules.

· Communicate timely and effectively with all homeowners to resolve issues and provide excellent service.

· Establish a professional rapport with the members and maintain open lines of communication including an open-door office that is available and receptive to member input.

· Maintain organized DRC records regarding the process, submittals, approvals, variances, and denials.

· Maintain all records of communications with regard to violations, fines, appeals and resolutions.

· Disseminate and field any questions from the members regarding the content or interpretation of DRC information

· Identify opportunities to help educate and improve the awareness and enforcement of our RDS, CC&Rs, MARs, and Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club Rules.

· Review the daily patrol logs and ensure that Courtesy and Fine Notices are issued as required by Article 3 of the Master Association Rules.

· Ensure all DRC, MARs, and CC&R fines are communicated to Accounting.

· Work with Community Manager to develop and implement changes that will enhance efficiencies in both enforcement and construction.

· Provide a monthly report to the Community Manager for the Monthly POA Meeting.

· Attend all Monthly DRC Meetings and prepare the Agenda

· Attend weekly staff meetings with the Community Manager & Director of Safety & Compliance.

· Make recommendations on how to improve efficiencies in all areas.

· Complete all administrative duties in a professional, neat and timely manner.

· Maintain professional business attire according to our Employee Handbook as well as a positive, mature and professional attitude.

· Perform any special projects, as assigned by the Community Manager.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.

· Administrative skills – Word, excel, adobe, and Power Point.

· Ability to read and interpret documents, communicate effectively with members, management, contractors, the general public and other employees of Flagstaff Ranch.

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

· Ability to problem solve.

· Ability to read: survey, site, and architectural plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 per year
