Administrative Field Clerk

Positions are in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island
Position Overview:
- Provide daily administrative support to Field Site staff at construction location
Administrative Field Clerk Job Duties:
- Answer phones
- Greet visitors
- Perform general office work
- Perform data entry
- Manipulate spreadsheets
- Maintain files and archive records.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Four-year High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of full-time clerical/administrative experience
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Specific Skills Required for Position:
- Computer-literate
- Detail-oriented
- Punctual and personable
- Administrative Field Clerk must be Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems
- Past experience in construction industry helpful, but not required
