Administrative Field Clerk

Excellent opportunity working with a New York City Agency

Positions are in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island

Position Overview:

  • Provide daily administrative support to Field Site staff at construction location

Administrative Field Clerk Job Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet visitors
  • Perform general office work
  • Perform data entry
  • Manipulate spreadsheets
  • Maintain files and archive records.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Four-year High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of full-time clerical/administrative experience
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Specific Skills Required for Position:

  • Computer-literate
  • Detail-oriented
  • Punctual and personable
  • Administrative Field Clerk must be Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Past experience in construction industry helpful, but not required
