In this role you will:
- Submit insurance claims
- Process client payments
- Process insurance payments
- Provide customer service
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance benefits
- Various other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
- Professional and friendly presentation
- 2 years work experience with billing, A/R’s
- Proficiency in English
- Results-driven and patient
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Must be responsible and reliable, and must have prior experience in an office setting
- Accepts training, correction, and feedback well
- Must be proficient with phone and email correspondence
- Prior working knowledge of medical claims (Medicaid & Commercial Insurance)
- Must have knowledge of ICD10, CPT codes, understand how insurance carriers work and ability to perform various billing functions
- Must be able to commute to Manalapan and Shrewsbury on occasion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
