We are seeking a top-notch Administrative Assistant for our Phoenix East Branch. This position requires a professional with a positive attitude and perfected multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Under general guidance of the Branch Managers, provide support to Branch Managers, Account Managers, and Field Supervisors.

- Must have the ability to pro-actively communicate both orally and in written format, interface professionally with clients and co-workers.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and follow through on all assignments related to the clients and company.
- This position may also include some field work, such as counting plants, creating plant palettes for properties, and checking on certain properties and projects.
- During the snow season, may also be asked to manage the snow removal contracts and call-in to the different managing companies to report the amounts of snow removed when required.
- Must be able to drive company vehicles including but not limited to our fleet vehicles for maintenance operations and account managers.
- Maintain and assist in the preparation of all general office documentation and correspondence.
- General administrative duties such as answering phones, handling mail/FedEx/UPS, ordering supplies and scheduling various vendors for services.
- Entering and coding timesheets and coordinating payroll for branch.
- Handle requisitions and purchase orders for branch field management.
- Track and process documents for efficient billing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized, resourceful and a strong multi-tasker. At minimum, three years of prior experience in an Administrative Assistant role is necessary.
- Must have and maintain an upbeat, professional and friendly attitude and demeanor.
