Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our Leadership team.
Essential Functions of the Position
- Compose, produce, and update business correspondences, presentations, reports, and related materials.
- Reviews and signs materials, as authorized.
- Edits documents produced by others.
- Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Monitors and manages trackers and provides updates to leadership regularly
- Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events.
- Arranges with vendors for services, prepares agendas, gathers, and organizes supporting information, and over sees production and distribution of related materials.
- Oversees office operations as directed by the Director of Business Development & Operations
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
- Ability to research and summarize findings in a written or oral brief to leadership
Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School/GED.
- Must be able to type 55-60 correct wpm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Publisher.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate professionally with a variety of personalities and skill levels.
- Able to quickly learn and apply the knowledge of new systems, processes, and software
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Security Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
