Job description
The Pacifica Companies is seeking a motivated full time Administrative Assistant to work with the office manager. The position would include, but not be limited to, assisting the office manager with billing properties for expenses, company record archives, reception assistance and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Perform clerical work in an independent and thorough manner
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Be self-motivated, reliable and dependable
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office
- Data entry
- Organized and detail oriented
- Flexible
- Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
- Independent worker
- Experience in an office setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
