7-month W2 contract with possibility of extension or perm hire

The successful candidate will support Program Management, Technical Leaders and Individual Contributors as our team executes a critical mission in support of our customer. You must be a self-starter and able to work independently to perform a myriad of administrative duties.

Interface with internal and external customers, arrange meetings and conferences, manage conference rooms, protect classified and proprietary information within program guidelines, copy and disseminate time sensitive correspondence, document meeting minutes and actions, maintain status logs, spreadsheets, personnel databases, answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures, coordinate business travel support potentially including completion of expense reports, order supplies, maintain visit requests for permanent site visitors.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype)
  • Must have experience with managing emails, calendars, and schedules.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

Desired skills :

  • Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures.
  • Previous work experience with customers and visitors.
  • Experiencing supporting an office in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written.)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

  • Palmdale, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
