One Federal Solution is hiring an Administrative Analyst to support our Federal Government client in Kansas City, Missouri. The team Member will support the badging department serving as an Analyst/Registrar providing the following:

Job Duties:
- Distribute ID cards and reissue replacements for lost, stolen, and damaged cards,
- Initiating background requests into the government e-QIPs system
- Uploading documents into the customer database library
- Performing interviews in order to assist with performing backgrounds checks
- Responding to help-desk inquiries related to personnel security guidance, policy
- Initiating fingerprint and photograph processes for Federal Personnel Identity Verification (PIV) cards
- Performing data entry into the personnel security tracking system
- Assisting applicants by analyzing security clearance forms for accuracy and completeness, and apprising applicants of corrective actions and completion deadlines
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess computer skills, preferably in the following computer software programs: Microsoft Office Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
