Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Toledo OH – 43659

Duration: 06 Months Contract with possible extension

Type :- 100 % remote - however must be able to work EST hours.

Job Description:

• Performs a variety of routine and non-routine accounting activities in accounts payable or a related financial area.
• May include follow-up with stakeholders related to invoice approvals, vendors related to past due invoices, vendor statement reconciliations, working within SAP system, and other miscellaneous reporting associated with accounts payables.
• Has knowledge of commonly used Accounts Payable concepts, practices, and procedures.

Day to Day:

Process Clean up and Evaluation work (there are a few projects within the Payables space) couple of projects within that that this person will be.

Must Have:

• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Accounts Payable
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Open to feedback
• Strong written skills and verbal skills
• Strong computer skills - experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
• 2 year’s experience minimum in SAP preferred.
• Degree or equivalent experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
