Producing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and work papers including documentation- Manage all aspects of accounting for multiple entities
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly management reports and financial schedules for various subsidiary activities
- Prepare monthly branch financial statements and coordinate distribution
- Maintain all aspects of the general ledger
- Responsible for accurate Work in Progress Schedules
- Manage high volume service job cost tickets
- Review and Certify Schedule of Values (AIA) Construction billing and waivers
- Cash Management
- Assisting with the budget process
- Identify and correct inaccuracies in the company’s financial records
- Work cross functionally with various departments
- Assign duties and monitor work of staff for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures
- Coordinate preparation for annual audit process
- Possess management skills to plan, organize and execute responsibilities for accurate and timely completion of financial reporting
- Ability to communicate and develop working relationships with others inside and outside of the company
- Position is in office and not remote
