Duties

The following list represents the tasks in the position. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Service Manager or higher management.

• Create service work orders, purchase orders, and customer invoices
• Enter AP invoices and inventory transactions
• Assist with account reconciliations
• Assist with gathering data for billing
• Perform filing, shredding, organizing, and documenting, statistics
• Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, you need to focus on providing each caller with a great experience. EBMS (accounting system) knowledge is preferred however not required. The requirements listed below are a representation of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good with numbers (math skills)
• Process and Detail oriented
• Accurate data entry skills
• Basic computer skills preferred in Word and Excel
• Interest in learning the accounting software functions and processes
• A team player who is committed to life-long learning

This position reports to the Controller.
