About us

OMNI Water Consultants Inc (OWC) is a small, family-owned water treatment consulting company located in Vinita, OK that has been in business for over 20 years. Our market footprint is providing custom chemical service, solutions and support to the rural and municipal water treatment industries. We manufacture, sell and service a full range of polymers, phosphates, disinfectants and filter media along with state-certified laboratory testing and consultation. We are currently considering applicants for an open position in our accounting office.

Applicants will have a firm understanding of A/R, A/P, General Journal posting, Financial reporting, Invoicing, Customer Service, payment processing and have an eye for detail.

Candidate must be friendly and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Maintain electronic and hard copies of financial documents.
• Provide customer service to client billing divisions.
• Assist with financial reports.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate banking records.
• Answer phones and take customer orders.
• Post receivables, payables, maintain ledgers and accounts.
• Filing, data entry, and misc. office and clerical duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounting role.
