ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES
Tactical Gear Distributors is the leading wholesaler of performance firearms, ammunition and tactical gear for Military, Law Enforcement and Shooting Sports Retailers.
As an account representative you will be responsible for recruiting, developing and maintaining a customer base. We are looking for hard-working, resourceful individuals that thrive in a face-paced, competitive sales environment with the ability to prospect for new dealers and sell over the phone.
Positions are available in our Chapin, SC Sales office and our Aberdeen, NC Corporate office. These are full-time positions with bonus earning potential.
Requirements include:
· Firearm ownership and knowledge of guns, optics, accessories and ammunition
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Experience with prospecting and selling over the phone
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Recruiting, developing and maintaining a customer base
· Meeting or exceeding company sales goals
· Becoming knowledgeable on products offered and being able to effectively communicate and sell these products to your dealer base
· Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively
· Ability to communicate effectively with other departments within the company
· Process orders from customers ensuring fulfillment solutions
· Expand company footprint through new customer development
