Pay: Starting at $20/hr.
- $750 after 90 days
- $750 after 180 days
Serve as a point of contact to assigned customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds and maintains positive relationships and provides excellent customer service.
- Responsible for providing manual order entry inquiries/concerns, order status including expediting, delivery schedules, and replacement needs; order holds and backorder reports.
- Utilizes the CRM to document activities and account summary notes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in customer calls to provide updates on orders and/or answer questions.
- Performs other duties as requested by Supply Chain Supervisor or Manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school;
- Prior work experience in related office and/or customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment.
