Account Manager
PLEASE NOTE: This position is located on site in Del Rio, TX.
We are currently seeking an Account Manager to oversee operations and drive relationships, client satisfaction and compliance. Our preferred candidate will be experienced in all areas of Facility Management and Base Operations Support (BOS), Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery, Building Infrastructure Systems and Design and Construction.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Deliver High Client Satisfaction
Ensure 100% site availability, no down-time and no impact to client operations or delivery of Scope of Work
Ensure “best in class” processes and protocols are established, implemented, and managed on the account
Support financial wellness of the business by driving initiatives and efficiencies that result in cost savings and improved performance
Understand JLL’s strategic initiatives and business goals and align these to site operations by displaying excellence in thought leadership
Align with client on key priorities and execute a strategic Account Plan that delivers those priorities
Develop favorable relationships with existing and new client contacts
Communicate well at an executive level and display deep knowledge of operational detail
Build and Manage High Performing Teams
Ensure that high performing teams are consistently in place with no gaps in contract specified personnel requiring specific licensing, certifications, training, or other required credentials
Improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback; provide recognition and swiftly address and resolve performance issues
Understand client’s key business drivers; focus teams to ensure priorities are aligned with our deliverables
Embody JLL’s values and core behaviors of collaboration, integrity, excellence and safety
Advance JLL’s diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on hiring, rotation, promotion and succession planning
Achieve Financial Results
Develop and manage account budgets. Ensure budgets incorporate all costs associated with contractual deliverables and support adherence to JLL growth and profitability targets.
Successfully manage contract requirements and navigate resolution of issues effectively and within contractual and governmental requirements (acquisition, environmental, etc.)
Contribute to the Growth of JLL’s Service Delivery and See Opportunities to Drive Sales Strategy
Proactively identify areas of opportunity that will benefit the client by incorporating new JLL solutions (innovations and technologies) into account operations
Partner with JLL Business Development teams on new business pursuits as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
10+ years’ experience in Base Operations Support (BOS) and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)DoD (Army, Navy/Marines, Air Force) BOS / ISS
GSA IFM
DOE NNSA FSS
Regional Service Contracts (SASCs / MASCs)
Understanding of Union labor contracts
Ability to travel as needed, sometimes with short notice
Preferred
Knowledge and experience working Federal government contracting efforts
Knowledge and experience managing various contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, FPAF, etc.)
Experience working as part of a team with Business Development fundamentals of pipeline management, opportunity capture plans, competitive strategy development, etc.
Thorough understanding of IFM maintenance commercial best practices, employed technologies, labor and subcontracted solutions
Awareness and understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), IDIQ Management, and Capital Planning
