General Description:
Vision Technologies is a full-service IT/IP Integrations Company for commercial Enterprise and Federal clients. Solutions include: design, installation and support services of network infrastructure (Fiber/Copper cabling), audio visual systems, electronic security, wireless and professional/managed-services. We are looking for a sales executive with extensive experience selling Integrated Security solutions including: access Control, IP Camera, Asset Management and all solutions included in a fully integration Security platform. The selected candidate will focus on identifying, pursuing and secured new customers for our Electronic Security Business unit through the Baltimore/Washington Metro area.

Qualifications:
- Support the Security Business unit to assure budgeted revenues are met.
- Represent all Vision IP/IT solutions in all customer interaction/presentations.
- Creations of a business plan and strategy to target and secure new customers.
- Creation of account plans and participation in account strategy meetings for targeted customers.
- Quarterback the Internal Resources to qualify, quote and capture new business.
- Manage hand-off and kickoff meetings with internal delivery team.
- promote the Vision culture of teamwork and joint success.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience presenting and selling integrated IP Security Solutions
- Ability to generate meetings with C-Level decision makers
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned quota and creating new customers
- Ability to deliver 25% year over year growth in number of customers and annual revenues
Education Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent relevant past-experience
- Sales Certifications with select security solutions and willingness to gain new certifications
- Participation in formal sales skills training
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of and ability to implement "Full Cycle" Sales strategy
- Ability to conduct formal presentations to C-Level executives and large groups
- Team builder and positive attitude
- Takes responsibility for success
Additional Notes:
- Must be a "HUNTER" with ability to generate new customers/logos
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to take direction from superiors
