Our office is in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA near shops and restaurants. The building was designed by world-renown architect I.M. Pei — there's plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors. Our HQ is not too far from our production facility in Montebello, CA where we operate the largest, most technologically advanced cutting facility in the western hemisphere.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated National Account Executive who will take initiative and drive sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Duties will include identifying prospective customers, following up on leads and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Strategy, business development, and execution are key.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and nurture relationships with customer base, focusing on key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of individual customers' needs, programs, and demographics/clients, partnering with them to drive their BELLA+CANVAS business
  • Identify and convert competitor business
  • Recognize opportunities and implement strategies to win the business
  • Identify products/categories where customers are under penetrated and work to drive growth
  • Develop business with new customers, both within the imprint industry as well as outside of channel
  • Execute engaging and thoughtful sales presentations catered to various audiences and business objectives
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the product line, the brand story, and the competitive landscape
  • Review sales data to track trends and take action
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops/Marketing to develop effective sales content
  • Responsible for tracking all activities and opportunities in CRM
  • Weekly local and regional travel to visit customers
  • National travel to attend industry trade-shows 2-4 times per year
  • Visit BELLA+CANVAS HQ approx. 2 times per year, and as needed for customer engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • You are a motivated self-starter
  • You are a problem-solver
  • You can recognize opportunities and take initiative
  • You are strategic, innovative, and like to think outside of the box
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred
  • 5+ years of related sales/account management experience
  • Promotional products/imprint wholesale market experience a plus, but not required
