*This role is a live-in, 30-day contract position that can be renewed or ended after 30 days.

*This position requires the candidate be a female over the age of 25 due to the circumstances, age and gender of the residents.
The House Guardian works at our residential campus for girls survivors of commercial sexual exploitation, ages 11-17. They are the person walking around with a clipboard that knows everything about the campus. They carry themselves with humility and pleasantness, and are responsible for coordinating all the activities happening on and off campus. This person is not afraid to confront, but they confront with compassion and grace. The Campus Coordinator serves as the point person on campus and reports to the Program Director.
The ideal House Guardian is detail-oriented and a master communicator and can work in a flexible schedule. This person is the scheduler and point of contact for individuals, staff, teachers, schools, companies, churches, and other organizations providing activities and services on and off campus for residents. They are the resource for all things on campus and understands the importance of keeping an up-to-date calendar and communication within and outside of the organization.

- Comfortable maintaining boundaries and promoting accountability
- Ability to build strong relationships with children of all backgrounds
- Must be able to work with children with care and confidentiality.
- The Campus Coordinator lives in a community nearby (the office is not Siloam Springs, but about 20 minutes from Siloam Springs).
- The schedule is flexible and does involve some weekends and some evenings.
- The Campus Coordinator is a paid position with a benefits package customized to the needs of the position and specific candidate.
Duties:
- Provide transportation for residents to weekly programming
- Keep house clean and organized
- Maintain a safe, consistent, positive, caring environment
- Enforce discipline and self-control among residents
- Monitor and manage daily routines and schedules
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with children preferred
- Experience with people who have been through traumatic events preferred
*Mandatory background check and drug test will be administered for qualified candidates in last stage of interviewing.

Pay: $108.00 per day
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- West Siloam Springs, OK 74338: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
