The Production Coordinator - Level 3 works as the leader of a team and performs activities that improve all aspects of the manufacturing process. The Production Coordinator - Level 3 works directly with the Department Manager to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction. The Production Coordinator - 3’s assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

PELLA CORPORATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Pass drug screen
• Pass pre-work ability screen required
• Pass pre-work vision screen
• Pass color acuity test if tasks involve working with stain
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Pass pre-employment tests
• Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite and respectful manner.

Days/Hours

2nd shift:

• Monday - Friday
• 3:40 pm to 2:10 am
• Overtime mandatory
• Pay: $23.05.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures
• Regular/dependable attendance required
• Flexibility of work hours including overtime
• Able to work with and around moving equipment
• Responsible for work and safety of all personnel assigned to the department
• Redistribute manpower throughout the shift as needs dictate
• Serve as back-up for the Department Manager and keep manager informed of people and line issues

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to rotate to other positions as needed
• Involved in the identification, development, and implementation of plant/department projects
• Other duties may be assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 100 lbs. at waist level and up to 70 lbs. at shoulder level up to an occasional basis when moving products
• Push or pull with up to 100 lbs. of force up to an occasional basis when moving products
