Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer/Electrical Engineer. This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ depending on availability.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Tactical Space Systems.

Roles and Responsibilities –

In this role you will: Be responsible for the technical understanding of the spacecraft bus and electrical power subsystem as a whole - Be responsible for detailed technical knowledge of various electrical power equipment - Manage the budget and schedule on assigned project - Provide active oversight of assigned technical team and hardware development effort - Apply core EE principals to adapt/improve heritage equipment and features - Prepare proposal costing and technical assessments - Prepare and present technical packages for design reviews - Act as a liaison with program management and various customers.

Basic Qualifications for Associate Electrical Engineer:

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Be majoring in or having majored in a Electrical Engineering or related field
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Pay Range for Associate Engineer Electrical in Gilbert, AZ:

58,800.00 - 88,200.00

82,400.00 - 123,600.00

Pay Range for Engineer Electrical in Gilbert, AZ:

71,100.00 - 106,700.00

Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD

Salary Range 2: $82,400 USD - $123,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
